World’s first! Ruisu Intelligent has delivered a 2 MWh/6 kV mobile energy storage system custom-built for Sanji.

In the field of power supply for construction machinery, a quiet revolution is underway—Guangzhou Ruisu Intelligent Technology has unveiled a groundbreaking solution. The world’s first mobile energy storage system with a capacity of 2 MWh and a 6 kV output. , custom-designed for Sanji, redefining the power supply paradigm for construction machinery!
The two core modules: the DC warehouse and the AC warehouse:
  • DC warehouse
Built-in battery system, with the battery pack module offering a maximum capacity of 2 megawatt-hours , providing a solid “energy foundation” for energy storage.
  • Exchange Warehouse
Integrating a PCS bidirectional converter and a transformer, coupled with an EMS control system, enables efficient energy conversion and intelligent regulation, resulting in more stable and smarter power output.

Boosted power supply, highly efficient compatibility
  • A 650V DC voltage is stepped up to 690V via a bidirectional converter, then further boosted to 6,000V through a transformer, providing rapid power directly to excavators and other construction machinery. No complex intermediate conversions are required, ensuring efficient adaptation to equipment needs and saving valuable time on job sites.
Energy storage current converter supported Dual input + dual output  :
  • Input is compatible with both 380V and 6000V, making it suitable for various voltage‑input scenarios.
  • The output covers both 380V and 6000V, meeting the diverse power requirements of construction machinery and standard electrical equipment—one system to solve multiple power‑supply challenges!

Guangzhou Ruisu Intelligent Technology focuses on the pain points of power consumption in the construction machinery industry, offering tailor-made, customized solutions. From conceptual design to full-scale production, every detail is engineered to deliver efficient, stable, and flexible power supply, helping construction operations break free from traditional power‑supply constraints and stride confidently into a smarter, new era of electrification.
