The Ruisu 960 kW mobile energy storage and charging system is configured with a 20-foot trailer and a tractor unit, offering exceptional mobility to provide rescue services for stranded all‑electric vehicles. The system can automatically switch operating modes based on preset AC power limits, with options for AC‑first or DC‑first operation, and features a high degree of intelligence. System status and video feeds can be monitored remotely, and the system employs DC/DC input and DC output charging stations. It is compatible with both AC and DC power sources, capable of drawing power from battery systems or functioning as a stationary charging station. Each 960 kW mobile charging system includes one 20-foot trailer, with the number of tractor units configured according to the user’s specific requirements.
    Its core power source is a high-performance lithium iron phosphate battery. This design integrates an advanced lithium iron phosphate battery pack, an energy storage inverter, and a sophisticated battery management system (BMS) along with an energy management system (EMS), ensuring efficient energy conversion and safe operation. In addition, it features a convenient cable reel‑and‑reel mechanism and a comprehensive fire‑suppression system to guarantee safe and seamless operation.



Each 960 kW/1.49 MWh system employs a centralized design, with each battery prefabricated module integrating eight 691.2 V high-voltage battery clusters, one thermal management system, one fire‑suppression system, one monitoring system, one lighting system, two DC busbar control cabinets, two 480 kW dual‑gun DC chargers, and two 400 kW PCS units—all housed within a 20‑foot container.
