Ultra-High Power | U.S.-Standard 1.2 MW Chargers Shipped

Following the successful deployment of our 3 MW charging station at a mining site, the first batch of 1.2 MW chargers has also passed testing, marking the company’s initial comprehensive entry into the overseas megawatt‑class market. The second batch of 1.2 MW chargers is slated for export to the United States.
Recently, U.S. President Trump stated that he would establish a dedicated “Foreign Tax Authority” responsible for collecting import tariffs, signaling that he intends to fulfill his pledge to impose sweeping trade tariffs upon taking office. Our company has capitalized on the final pre‑tariff‑increase export surge and has already partnered with local enterprises; going forward, we will gradually set up contract manufacturing facilities in the United States.
This 1.2 MW charger is specifically designed for 40-foot container‑type heavy-duty trucks in the United States. Testing has shown it can deliver a maximum current of 2,000 A at port terminals. Can do. For fast battery charging of heavy-duty trucks.
The figure below shows the first batch of megawatt‑class chargers delivered by our company; following on-site commissioning by our engineers, all units are now operating normally.

As early as 2022, our company obtained UL certification for a 1.2 MW charging station. UL certification is a globally recognized safety mark that signifies the product has successfully passed rigorous UL testing and evaluation, meeting applicable safety standards and requirements.

The 1.2 MW chargers exported this time are specially equipped with both standard air‑cooled cabinets and liquid‑cooled ultra‑high‑capacity cabinets. To further enhance heat dissipation, An independent air duct cooling system has been added, By means of a carefully engineered airflow architecture, cooling air is precisely directed to the critical components requiring heat dissipation, thereby maximizing thermal efficiency, mitigating thermal interference between cabinets, and ensuring that the entire charging system achieves optimal cooling performance.
