Features

The RSDC1000‑800KW is a split‑type high‑power charging system designed for large‑capacity charging stations. It consists of a power cabinet equipped with both ultra‑fast and fast charging terminals. The power cabinet has a rated output of 800 kW and incorporates an integrated, isolated air‑cooled, potting‑encapsulated charging module, ensuring high reliability. Charging terminals can be configured with either a standard 250 A output or a liquid‑cooled 600 A terminal, featuring a dual‑layer star‑ring flexible power distribution architecture. Each terminal can deliver up to 240 kW, while the liquid‑cooled terminal supports up to 480 kW. Intelligent power allocation among terminals is achieved via the COOLRING method, enhancing the utilization of charging bays and overall system capacity at the station. The system boasts IP54 protection for the power cabinet and IPSS protection for the charging terminals, making it suitable for a wide range of application scenarios.
