Features

The RSDC1000‑480KW is a split‑type, high‑power charging system designed for large‑capacity charging stations. It consists of a power cabinet paired with either an ultra‑fast charging terminal or a fast‑charging terminal. The power cabinet has a rated output of 480 kW and incorporates a built-in DC‑DC charging module, ensuring high reliability. The charging terminals can be configured with either a standard 250 A output unit or a liquid‑cooled 600 A unit. Featuring a dual‑layer star‑ring flexible architecture, each terminal can deliver up to 240 kW, while the liquid‑cooled terminal can handle up to 480 kW. Intelligent power allocation among terminals is achieved via the COOLRING method, enhancing overall system efficiency. The system boasts IP54 protection for the power cabinet and IP55 protection for the charging terminals, making it suitable for a wide range of application scenarios and optimizing the utilization of charging bays and power capacity at charging stations.
