Features

The 3 MW charging station employs advanced thermal management, cutting-edge electronic circuitry, and fully automated, unmanned charging technology. It comprises several key components: a 6 kV high-voltage switchgear, a dry-type transformer for 12-pulse rectification, a high-voltage rectifier cabinet, and a robot equipped with 3D vision. The transformer’s primary side accepts an AC input of 6 kV/50 Hz, while its secondary side delivers two sets of AC power at 1180 V/50 Hz, along with a backup AC supply of 380 V/50 Hz. The high-voltage rectifier outputs DC 1500 V at a current of 2000 A. Power is then routed via a dedicated charging interface to the vehicle’s high-voltage busbar, where an on-board charger supplies energy to the traction battery.
This product features a modular design, multiple protection functions, user-friendly graphical prompts, and automatic charging control. It offers CAN, Ethernet, and GPRS communication interfaces, enabling real-time connectivity with the monitoring center or operations management hub. In the event of an anomaly, charging is immediately halted to ensure the safety of both personnel and vehicles. The monitoring center can also issue commands to limit the output power of the on-board charger and continuously monitor the plug‑in connection status and charging progress in real time.
