2090 kWh / 1200 kW Mobile BESS with EV Fast Charging
Bring high-capacity energy storage and high-power EV charging directly to the point of demand. This trailer-mounted mobile battery energy storage system combines 2090 kWh of battery capacity, 1200 kW of DC fast-charging output, six 200 kW charging connectors, and a 750 kW power conversion system in one transportable platform.

Mobile Energy Storage and EV Charging Where It Is Needed
The RUISU 2090 kWh Mobile BESS helps operators add charging capacity without waiting for a permanent charging station at every location. It can support temporary charging hubs, fleet depots, construction projects, mines, ports, power facilities, and other sites where electrical capacity is limited, delayed, or subject to changing demand.
The integrated architecture combines battery storage, power conversion, charging output, thermal management, fire protection, and system monitoring. The result is a mobile power platform designed for rapid deployment, high-output charging, and demanding industrial environments.
Core System Advantages
1200 kW DC Fast-Charging System
Six charging connectors deliver up to 200 kW each, allowing the system to serve multiple vehicles from one mobile platform. A 200-1000 VDC output range supports a broad range of high-voltage electric vehicles and equipment.
750 kW Power Conversion System
The integrated PCS operates across a 615-950 VDC range and provides 230/400 VAC output at 50/60 Hz. It enables controlled power flow between the battery, the grid, generators, and connected AC loads.
Hybrid Thermal Management
Liquid cooling regulates the battery compartment, while air cooling manages the electrical compartment. The system is designed for operation from -22°F to 122°F (-30°C to 50°C).
Three-Level BMS Protection
Cell-level monitoring, module-level control, and system-level protection work together to track battery conditions and support stable operation across the energy storage system.

Flexible Multi-Source Power and Mobile Charging
The mobile BESS can accept energy from solar PV, the utility grid, or a generator, then store and dispatch that energy according to site requirements. It can deliver DC fast charging to heavy-duty electric vehicles and provide AC power for industrial or construction loads. Cloud EMS connectivity and remote monitoring give operators visibility into system status and energy flow.

Built for Demanding Mobile Power Applications
Mining
Deploy charging and temporary power closer to electric haul trucks and remote operating areas where fixed grid infrastructure may be limited.
Ports
Support electrified terminal vehicles, yard equipment, and temporary high-power demand across changing port operations.
Power Plants
Add transportable energy storage for maintenance work, temporary loads, backup support, and site-level power management.
Construction Sites
Supply mobile charging and AC power as equipment locations and project power requirements change.
Heavy-Duty Truck Fleets
Increase charging availability at depots, staging areas, temporary routes, and sites awaiting permanent grid upgrades.
