Bring high-capacity energy storage and megawatt-level DC fast charging directly to the jobsite. The RUISU 1567 kWh mobile BESS combines a 1.567 MWh battery system, 1.2 MW charging output, a 750 kW power conversion system, and six independent charging guns in a towable containerized platform.

Mobile Energy Storage and Fast Charging in One Deployable System

Designed for mining, heavy-duty vehicle fleets, renewable-energy projects, construction sites, and temporary power applications, this mobile containerized energy storage system helps operators deploy power where fixed charging infrastructure is unavailable, constrained, or still under construction.

The system accepts flexible energy inputs, stores energy in a liquid-cooled battery compartment, converts power through a 750 kW PCS, and supplies up to 1200 kW of DC fast-charging output. Six 200 kW charging guns allow multiple machines or vehicles to be supported from one mobile platform.

Four Integrated Systems for Reliable Mobile Power

1.2 MW DC Fast-Charging System

The charging system provides a rated output of 1200 kW through six 200 kW charging guns. A 200-1000 VDC output range supports a broad range of heavy-duty electric vehicles and equipment, while the 2-250 A output-current range enables flexible charging control.

750 kW Power Conversion System

The integrated PCS operates across a 615-950 VDC range and supplies 230/400 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz. It coordinates AC and DC energy conversion for charging, storage, and on-site power applications.

Hybrid Thermal Management

Liquid cooling manages battery-compartment temperature, while air cooling supports the electrical compartment. This split thermal architecture is designed for an operating-temperature range of -30 to 50 degrees C (-22 to 122 degrees F).

Three-Level BMS Cell Protection

The battery management system provides cell-, module-, and system-level monitoring to help identify abnormal conditions and protect battery operation. The layered architecture supports coordinated supervision across the battery system.

Flexible Energy Input, Storage, and Mobile Power Delivery

The mobile BESS can be deployed as the center of a flexible on-site energy network. Solar PV, a generator, or the utility grid can provide energy to the system. The stored energy can then support DC fast chargers, electric excavators, heavy-duty EV fleets, industrial loads, and construction-site equipment.

An EMS cloud platform and remote-monitoring interface provide a foundation for coordinated system visibility and operating oversight. Available monitoring functions may be configured according to the final project scope and communications architecture.
