Mobile BESS Battery Energy Storage System - 1044kWh / 800kW

Bring large-scale battery storage and high-power DC fast charging directly to the point of use. This mobile BESS integrates a 1044kWh battery system, a 500kW PCS, and an 800kW DC charging system on a road-mobile platform. It supports fleet charging, temporary power, renewable energy utilization, peak-demand management, and resilient backup power without waiting for permanent grid upgrades.

With a battery voltage range of 728-949 VDC, four 200kW charging guns, liquid cooling for the battery compartment, and air cooling for the electrical compartment, the system is engineered for demanding commercial, industrial, and infrastructure deployments.

Mobile Battery Storage and DC Charging in One Platform

The integrated architecture reduces the need to coordinate separate battery containers, power conversion equipment, and charging cabinets. Energy can be received from the utility grid, solar PV, wind power, or a generator, stored in the battery, and delivered to vehicles, construction equipment, commercial facilities, or temporary loads.

A towable chassis helps operators move energy capacity between sites, while the enclosure provides IP54 ingress protection and C4 corrosion resistance for outdoor deployment. Remote-ready monitoring supports operating visibility, energy management, and preventive maintenance.

Core Systems Built for Reliable Performance

800kW DC Fast-Charging System

Four 200kW DC charging guns provide a combined rated output of 800kW. The 200-1,000 VDC output range supports compatible commercial vehicles, electric trucks, and heavy-duty equipment, while the 2-250 A output-current range per gun provides flexible charging control.

500kW Power Conversion System

The 500kW PCS operates across a 615-950 VDC range and supports 230/400 VAC at 50/60 Hz. It manages energy transfer between the battery, AC sources, and connected loads for charging, discharging, peak shaving, and backup-power operation.

Dual-Mode Thermal Management

Liquid cooling helps maintain stable battery temperatures, while air cooling manages the electrical compartment. This dual-mode design supports consistent performance, operating efficiency, and battery protection under changing load and ambient conditions.

Three-Level BMS Protection

The battery management system coordinates protection at the cell, cluster, and system levels. Real-time monitoring, coordinated cluster protection, and centralized system control help identify abnormal conditions and support safe, reliable operation.

How the Mobile Energy Storage and Charging System Works

The system can receive power from the utility grid, solar PV, wind generation, or a generator. Stored energy can then be supplied to EV fleets, heavy equipment, construction sites, and temporary loads. A remote monitoring connection gives operators visibility into system status and energy flow.

This flexible energy path allows one mobile asset to support both charging and power-supply applications. Operators can charge the battery during low-demand periods, move the system to the point of use, and discharge when grid access is limited, demand is high, or backup power is required.

Five High-Value Mobile BESS Applications

EV Fleet and Depot Fast Charging

Add high-power charging capacity for electric trucks, buses, delivery fleets, and commercial EVs without waiting for permanent utility upgrades.

Ports, Logistics and Yard Equipment

Support electric terminal tractors, drayage trucks, material-handling equipment, and logistics fleets close to active operations with deployable charging and power capacity.

Microgrids and Renewable Energy Integration

Store energy from solar PV and wind generation, stabilize off-grid or weak-grid sites, smooth intermittent output, and improve renewable energy utilization.

Events, Film Production and Temporary Power

Provide flexible, lower-emission power for outdoor events, film sets, exhibitions, temporary facilities, and other projects where fixed electrical infrastructure is unavailable.

Emergency and Critical Infrastructure

Restore resilient power for hospitals, telecom facilities, emergency-response sites, and other essential operations during outages or grid constraints.
